Total Plant Care was founded after identifying a common challenge faced by body corporate properties — on-site managers being stretched across multiple responsibilities, with landscaping often becoming an added burden rather than a managed service.

After meeting an on-site complex manager who was struggling to balance the day-to-day operation of a large unit complex alongside its garden maintenance, we stepped in to provide consistent, scheduled support. With the right experience, systems, and equipment already in place, Total Plant Care quickly assumed full responsibility for the site’s landscaping — delivering immediate relief and noticeably improved results.
