Your Questions, Answered

What areas does Total Plant Care service?

We service body corporate, strata and commercial properties across Brisbane's southside — including Logan, the Redlands, Brisbane's Bayside and the Inner South. That covers suburbs such as Cleveland, Capalaba, Victoria Point, Wynnum, Manly, Springwood, Shailer Park and surrounds. If you're nearby and not sure, just ask.

Do you specialise in body corporate and strata properties?

Yes. The majority of our work is ongoing maintenance for body corporate, strata and commercial sites. We understand how committees and property managers work, what owners expect to see, and the importance of having a documented record of every visit.

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is based on clear, fixed rates rather than hourly billing, so you know exactly what to expect each visit. Most ongoing maintenance is priced per visit (typically fortnightly), based on the size and requirements of the property, while one-off jobs and clean-ups are quoted as half-day or full-day rates. This approach ensures consistent results without time pressure, allowing us to focus on delivering a high-quality finish rather than watching the clock.

What's included in a regular maintenance visit?

Each visit generally includes mowing, edging, hedge trimming, weed control, leaf blowing, and a full tidy of the property. We also do a walk-through to check for any issues such as irrigation faults, damage, or areas needing attention.

Do you provide a report after each visit?

Yes — this is what sets us apart. After every visit you receive a report with the date, before-and-after photos, the work completed, and any hazards or issues we've flagged. It's formatted so you can forward it straight to owners or your committee without reformatting.

Are you insured and licensed?

Yes. Total Plant Care carries public liability insurance and workers compensation, and we hold the relevant tickets and licences for the equipment and chemicals we use. Copies of our insurance are available on request.

How often will you attend our property?

For most properties, a fortnightly schedule works well to keep everything consistently tidy and under control. Larger or higher-maintenance properties may benefit from weekly visits, while some smaller or low-growth sites can be maintained monthly.

How do we get started?

Get in touch for a no-obligation site assessment. We'll walk the property, agree a scope and schedule, and give you a clear fixed monthly price. From there, you'll get a documented report after every visit.
